Who we are
With a student body of over 400 year-round, we proudly stand as one of the largest English language schools in the metropolitan area of Campinas, Brazil.
Since 2005, we have been dedicated to teaching English as a second language, helping thousands of students achieve their dreams.
Our journey began unpretentiously when a group of young adults sought assistance in learning English. Their progress quickly garnered attention, attracting others who recognized the professional importance of mastering the language for the Brazilian and international workplace. Word-of-mouth referrals from our initial students played a significant role in our growth and what we have become as a school today.
Rooted in the charming coastal town of Hastings, UK, our founders spent several years immersing themselves in the local culture before making Brazil their home.
Our mission extends beyond language education; we strive to not only teach English but also to celebrate and showcase the rich British culture and lifestyle that are closely interwoven with the language.
What our students do in Hastings
Since 2013 we have organised annual trips to Hastings (UK), which we call 'CULTURAL IMMERSION', where our students have the unique opportunity to take part in our one-of-a-kind language development programme.
Instead of traditional classroom lessons, which they already have back home in Brazil, our students immerse themselves in the vibrant local community in the UK. They get to explore the culture, delve into history, and practice their English in real-life social settings.
Our goal is to give our students a taste of all that British life has to offer. From community events to charitable activities, from delving into history to enjoying entertainment, and from making casual connections to forging lifelong friendships.
Being a Host

As a Host, you play a significant role as a key and active participant in this journey. Your influence is vital to their growth and development.
While students often travel with the goal of improving their English skills, they end up forming lifelong friendships and gaining valuable life lessons that contribute to their personal and professional development.
The cultural exchange they experience with their Hosts is undoubtedly beneficial for their future aspirations.

What we need from Hosts
- A friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- A clean, cozy room with good lighting, heating, ventilation, storage for clothes, and a table or desk.
- Bed linens and towels that are washed weekly by the host family.
- Access to the bathroom on a regular basis like any other family member.
- A key or easy access to the home at all times.
- Access to laundry room.
- One to two showers a day.
- Meals: Breakfast, packed lunch and dinner.
- Pick-up from train station upon arrival.
- Access to Wifi.
- Up to 2 students per room on single beds
You might want to know
- In the interest of their English language development, students are expressly forbidden to speak their native language while on this trip.
- Students receive pre-travel training to ensure their understanding of the rules.
- Students receive pre-travel cultural adaptation training.
- Students are all enrolled in our school and were approved to travel by one of our teachers.
- We are a Christian school and promote Christian values. If you attend a church, we would greatly encourage our students to go along. However, we do not enforce any religious activities upon our students.
